- It is your first purchase with Hazel Studios.
How to get free shipping in 3 steps
1. Create your account

Free shipping code FAQ
Does free shipping cover international orders?
Yes. The code covers $25 standard shipping to every destination we ship to: Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Can I use 1STHZL on a second order?
No. The code is valid on your first purchase only, and can be used once per customer.
Why isn't my code working?
Check that you are signed in to your account, that you are subscribed to emails with the same email address, and that you have not ordered from Hazel Studios before. Codes are not case-sensitive, so 1sthzl works too.
Can I combine 1STHZL with other discounts?
Discount codes can't always be combined. If another code is already applied, checkout will show which discount applies.
Where do you ship?
We ship the HAZEL 1.0 across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, and 1STHZL works for every one of those destinations. See our shipping and returns policy for delivery times, and our FAQ for more answers. Before you ride, check the e-scooter laws in Canada, the US or the UK.
